WEAVING OUR MOON

Women are weavers. We weave with words, with looks, with caresses, with tears, with singing and dancing … We weave our moons and between each other, we weave the threads that sustain life.

This workshop is an invitation to immerse yourself in your own menstrual cycle-life through the ancient art of weaving.

My desire in these meetings is to facilitate and accompany women in a process of awareness to move in harmony our cyclicity and our archetypes.

    What is the proposal?

From stillness and movement. Embracing and integrating our different energies.

Stillness is given with the confinement of the circle, will weave in time with the wisdom that brings mythology, from the depths of silence and the healing sounds (quartz bowls, medicine songs, drums …).

The movement sometimes come through Qi Gong, from the hands of Montse Guardiola (chi de lluna) and others, through the free and Afroyin dance to the beat of Maria Farriols (Bailalavida).

Two different vibrations, to find which resonates with you, under the same desire: make roots, integrate and enhance the power of archetypes in our lunar belt.
